Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Email address - only if you submit a pub. We use it to contact you about your submission (approval, questions, etc). We never send marketing emails.
• Your city via geolocation - when you use the "Near Me" feature, your browser shares your location so we can show nearby pubs. We don't store this. It stays in your browser.
• Basic analytics - page views, referrers, device type, and country. Collected via Vercel Analytics, which is cookieless and doesn't track individuals. No personal data, no cookies.

What we don't do

• Sell your data to anyone
• Run ads or ad tracking
• Use Google Analytics or any third-party tracker that profiles you
• Store your location - the Near Me feature uses your browser's geolocation API and nothing is saved server-side

Cookies

We only use essential cookies required for the site to function (dark mode preference stored in localStorage). No tracking cookies, no ad cookies. Vercel Analytics is completely cookieless.

Third-party services

• Supabase - database hosting. Your submission data is stored here.
• Vercel - site hosting and cookieless analytics.
• Mapbox - maps. Their privacy policy applies when you use the map.
• Resend - email notifications about submissions.
• Stripe - payment processing for donations. Handled entirely by Stripe.

Your rights

• You can ask us to delete your submitted data at any time.
• You can use the site without submitting anything or providing any personal information.
• If you're in the EU/UK, you have rights under GDPR to access, correct, or delete your data.
