Arsenal Australia's Sydney home since mid-2020s. Molly Malone's in Surry Hills was literally designed and built in Ireland, shipped piece by piece, and reassembled in a historic shophouse. Open until 4am for those brutal AEST kickoff times. Happy hour daily, $1 pool until 6pm. The fish & chips and the chicken wings both get specifically recommended.
