Where to Watch Arsenal in Cairo
Short version: Pub 28 in Zamalek is the classic — one of Cairo’s oldest bars, dark and wood-panelled, sport on the screens. If you want a hotel sports bar with a Nile view, the Sherlock Holmes Pub at the Ramses Hilton does the job.

The pubs
Pub 28
28 Shagaret Al Dor Street, Zamalek. One of Cairo’s oldest bars, going since 1986. A dark, wood-panelled British pub with multiple sports screens, open noon to 2am. Indoor smoking allowed. There is also a Sheikh Zayed branch. The default for football in Cairo.
Sherlock Holmes Pub
Ramses Hilton, 1115 Corniche El Nile, Downtown. On the ground floor of the 35-storey Ramses Hilton overlooking the Nile, British-pub decor, widescreen TVs for the sport, daily happy hour 6-8pm. The pick for a view with your match.
Seven Sports Lounge
Royal Tulip Concorde El Salam Hotel, Heliopolis. An English-themed sports lounge in a five-star hotel with dedicated football screens, active on social media with match-day content. Ten minutes from Cairo Airport — handy on a layover.
The honest take
Pub 28 for the proper old-Cairo pub feel, the Sherlock Holmes for a Nile-view hotel bar, Seven Sports if you are near the airport. All three put English football on.
